Camera Man:
The Camera mans job is to operate the camera and film everything for the movie!, They get told by the director what angles that he wants the camera to be in. His job is basically to just to start and stop the camera. Camera Operators ensure that the camera and associated equipment are prepared for the required set-ups, always keeping alert for any last-minute changes. They must be able to multi-task, and to watch, listen and think on their feet while carrying out complex technical tasks. They liaise closely with the Director, fine-tuning the exact details of each shot, which often involves suggesting creative improvements or alternatives. No specific qualifications are required to work as a camera operator, although film schools and training courses offer a good basic and skills and knowledge required and in practice many Camera Operators have studied for higher level qualifications.

The Film Director is the person who is directing everyone around and whose sits on the set and tells everyone what they need to do in the script, He reads from the script that the maker of the film wrote and will try and make it identical to what's on the paper. Directors may write the film's script or commission it to be written; or they may be hired after an early draft of the script is complete. Directors must then develop a vision for the finished film, and define a practical route for achieving it. During pre-production, Directors make crucial decisions, such as selecting the right cast, crew and locations for the film. They then direct rehearsals, and the performances of the actors once the film is in production. Directors also manage the technical aspects of filming, including the camera, sound, lighting, design and special effects departments. Qualifications are not needed to become a Director. Studying directing is important, but the role can only really be mastered through practical experience.
